Prada L’Eau Ambrée

Prada L’Eau Ambrée, an Oriental floral launched in 2009, comes out of the bottle as a delicate citrus waft of mandarin and citron, a light floating veil of scent that waves back and forth, as if controlled by an unseen hand.  Sometimes I smell it, and sometimes I don’t. As the citrus notes fade away, a perfectly-blended floral accord takes their place– listed notes are rose de mai and gardenia jasminoide – which has a lush hothouse feeling, but with a restrained sweetness.
