All our perfumes are the “real deal” - i.e. authentic fragrances - and were purchased personally by Gwen
We make every effort to make certain that you receive your order in perfect condition – please check it as soon as you receive it, and notify us immediately of any problem at gwen@perfumeniche.com
Return policy
We’re sorry, but due to health regulations, or the possibility of product tampering, we can’t accept any returns or exchanges. We may consider a credit or refund in unusual circumstances, such as the unlikely event that samples leak or break during shipping.
If this occurs, please take photos and contact us by e-mail and we will authorize you to mail the broken vials and the packaging back to us for a refund. We'll pay for the shipping.
Please note:
No refund will cover more than the cost of the samples purchased and will only cover the cost of the broken samples, not ones that arrive unbroken.
Finally, perfumeniche.com assumes no responsibility or liability beyond the cost of the perfume samples purchased for any injury that may occur due to scent allergies, broken glass, etc.
So, if you open your perfumeniche.com package and broken samples leak all over your new silk dress, we aren't going to pay to replace your dress, or for drycleaning the dress, etc.
Pricing
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to limit quantities on individual perfumes.

SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping/Handling Rates
Domestic orders are shipped by Canada Post regular mail. All other orders are shipped by Canada Post Airmail.
Fed-Ex Ground is available upon request.
Note: For orders over $100 we reserve the right to increase the shipping/handling rate.

International
=$15.00 up to 10 decants
=$20.00 over 10 decants and up to 20 decants

Note: International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duty and taxes upon receipt of their order.
International shipping restrictions :We ship to most areas/countries, with some exceptions: Middle Eastern countries, Pakistan, North Korea.
Payment Options
We only accept payments through Paypal.com
As soon as we have your payment confirmation from Paypal, we’ll start to process your order.
Order Fulfillment
Orders are shipped on business days only, Monday to Friday. Our aim is to ship all orders within 72 hours of payment confirmation from Paypal, but we cannot guarantee this – sometimes it may take a little longer. If your order contains an item that is out-of-stock, we’ll advise you by e-mail right away so that you can choose a substitute.
Order Confirmation
We’ll confirm your order by e-mail when you place it – your order receipt - and we’ll also send an e-mail confirmation when we ship it.
Order Tracking
If you think that your package has gone astray, let us know and we’ll do our best to locate it. If all efforts indicate that it is truly “lost”, we will send a replacement.
