Shipping policy

Order processing time is separate from the shipping time.

Generally, processing an order can take 2 to 3 days from the time the order is placed before it is shipped, and even longer during holidays. 

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation. You can log into your account and view your order and status at any time.

Shipping and Handling of Decants

In Canada: When Canada Post is working, free shipping in Canada of decants. Decants can be shipped through a courier service at additional cost.

To USA: Because the U.S. government has made it almost impossible to ship to the U.S. in order to restrict imports, we have needed to suspend taking U.S. orders.

Other countries: The cost for shipping is based on location and weight and will be quoted at checkout.

Shipping and Handling of Bottles and Splits

Bottles and splits (partial bottles) can only be shipped to an address in Canada. We cannot be shipped to a post office box. Please provide a home or office delivery address. A phone number for the recipient is required.

We keep our fragrances in their original packaging or in boxes or drawers in a temperature-controlled room. All products are final sale. We do not offer any exchanges, replacements, or reimbursements for any products bought on perfumeniche. 

In Canada: Bottles and spilts for delivery in Canada will be shipped through a courier service because of the Canada Post labour disruption. The cost for shipping is based on location and weight and will be quoted at checkout.

Other terms

Customs, duties or taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the customer. 

If your order is returned due to Customs or Export Control Regulations, shipping costs will not be refunded.

Seizure and destruction by customs is not the responsibility of perfumeniche.
