Totally White / 126 was created in 2016 by Michel Almairac for his Parle Moi de Parfum line. 

The fragrance was inspired by his wife’s childhood memories of the scent of the mock orange plants in her grandparents’ garden in Normandy.

White / 126 is centred around mock orange, with notes of lilac, wisteria and hawthorn.

On me, it opens with the fresh, floral scent of lilac. It’s powdery, soft, and slightly sweet. It soon reveals green, fresh aspects that give the lilac a dewy feel. Lilac has a heady, jasmine-like facet that links to a note of wisteria. Powdery, sweet, floral and heady, it smells like a combination of hyacinth, lilac and jasmine with spicy undertones. Mock orange, sweet and rich, joins this spring bouquet. It has an intoxicating aroma that conjures white florals; jasmine, gardenia and orange blossom with a citrus facet that gives the fragrance a sunny brightness. A note of hawthorn sweet, powdery and green has spicy, and honeyed facets complete the scent.

Totally White / 126 dries down to a romantic, fresh, floral spring scent. The beauty of it is that it delivers the experience of white flowers without containing any white flowers. By using flowers that mimic the big whites, the headiness is not headache-inducing, there’s lightness, not heaviness, and it’s clean, not dirty.
