Created by Isabelle Doyen for Annick Goutal this scent is a knock-out! It smells of tar and smoke and leather. And while this might not sound appealing, in this fragrance, these notes are combined with other ingredients in such a way, that the result is elegant, refined and gorgeous.

It opens with tar and bitter orange, then gets smoky and leathery from tea. Osmanthus and tea flower give it a floral/fruity note along with a slight sweetness, while clove gives it spicy warmth.

Eau du Fier Bulgari Black and Comme des Garçons Tar make a nice little trio based on their rubber/tar notes. Compared to Bulgari Black, Eau du Fier but has more depth and dimension, and is smoother and more elegant than Tar. Eau du Fier is a class act and perfect for both men and women to wear.
